Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026. This notice explains how DreamPrizesCo (Sponsor, we, us) handles information through the DreamPrizeSweeps promotion.
1. Information We Collect
We collect first and last name, email, telephone number, street address, and ZIP code. We also collect limited device and internet data such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamp, referring URL, campaign parameters, and security signals. If advertising tracking is active, Meta, TikTok, and Google may receive online identifiers and event data for measurement and event matching.
2. Why We Use It
We use information to receive and validate entries, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, administer the promotion, contact and verify a potential winner, deliver the prize, measure site performance, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.
3. Phone and Email Use
Contact information is used for entry administration, security, confirmation, and potential-winner communications. This entry form does not request consent for marketing robocalls, robotexts, or promotional email.
4. Cookies and Browser Controls
Session storage supports form security. Analytics and advertising tags may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and completed entries. You can manage cookies through your browser. Where supported, this site recognizes a browser Global Privacy Control signal by suppressing optional advertising tags for that visit.
5. Service Providers and Disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that host, secure, administer, audit, measure, or fulfill the promotion; professional advisers; authorities when required by law; or parties to a business transaction subject to safeguards. Validated entries may be stored in a Sponsor-controlled Google Sheet and in an encrypted hosting database.
6. Event Matching and Deduplication
When tracking is active, contact fields are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before server-side transmission to Meta or TikTok for event matching. A random event ID is shared by browser and server events so platforms can deduplicate them.
7. Retention and Security
We retain entry records for three years after the promotion ends, unless a longer period is required by law, then delete or de-identify them when no longer reasonably needed. We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including server-side validation, restricted storage, encryption at rest for the local backup, and access controls.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of certain uses. Contact contact@dreamprizesweeps.com. We may verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
9. Children
The promotion is not directed to children and is limited to people meeting the stated minimum age. We do not knowingly collect form information from an age-ineligible person.
